 - Use your oils consistently through the day

- Don’t wait until you are melting down.

- Each time you apply them, breathe deeply from your hands or the bottle. Super important!

- Reapply frequently when you are struggling. Even as often as every 5 minutes. When you are feeling calmer, space it back out again.

- If topical and aromatic uses aren't quite cutting it, don’t be afraid to explore internal use.
